Nancy James offers over 40 years of technology and risk analysis experience, being a pioneer in managing high technology risks since the 1982 founding of an insurance agency specializing in technology-based clients. Nancy is a Licensed Insurance Adviser and has served as President of the Massachusetts Society of Licensed Insurance Advisers.

Nancy James designed and created the first Internet Liability insurance policy in the country and is an exposure expert in data security and privacy.

Education includes an undergraduate degree in theoretical mathematics with twelve years in high technology systems design prior to opening an insurance agency for high tech risks. This experience gives Nancy James the unique opportunity to serve technology clients in the identification and management of manufacturing, hardware, software, internet, data security and privacy for both domestic and global exposures
